Frequently Asked

Tournament & foundation questions.

Do you work directly with foundations or only through the host club?

Both. We're frequently engaged by the foundation directly, by the host country club, or by the tournament director — and we routinely coordinate across all three on the same event. Permitting, run-of-show, sponsor obligations, and donor approvals are all part of standard pre-production.

How do you cover play without disrupting the round?

Hospitality first. We pre-walk the course with the tournament director, mark the moments that matter, and stage our photographers ahead of groups instead of chasing them. Coverage is silent, long-lens, and respectful of the round. The result: indispensable coverage no one notices in the moment.

What about same-day social and donor-facing assets?

We routinely run a shuttle pipeline that pushes social-ready selects to the foundation's communications team within 90 minutes of capture, and the recap film often premieres at the closing dinner the same evening. Donor recognition reels and panel coverage are standard add-ons.

Do you cover the panel sessions, dinners, and donor moments separately from the tournament?

Yes — the evening program is often where the most meaningful coverage happens. Panels, presentations, donor recognition, and the closing dinner are standard inclusions for full tournament engagements, with stills and B-roll handled for both the foundation's reporting and the next year's invitation packet.
